Terms & Conditions:

By booking and attending a session or purchasing a package with Own The Journey Within PTY LTD, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Services

I understand that Own The Journey Within provides mindset coaching only. This is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If I need medical or mental health support, I will seek help from a licensed provider.

2. Results & Liability

I understand results vary for each person and there are no guarantees. To the maximum extent allowed by law, I release Own The Journey Within from any claims or liability connected with my participation in coaching.

3. Privacy & Data

I consent to Own The Journey Within collecting and storing my personal details and session notes for service delivery. My information will be kept secure and will not be shared unless required by law.

4. Package Expiry

  • 6 month packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.

  • 12 month packages must be used within 12 months of purchase.

  • Unused sessions after the expiry date are forfeited and non-refundable.

5. Payments & Cancellations

  • A 50% deposit is due when booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before my session.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of my appointment, or for no shows. Reschedules with more than 24 hours’ notice will have the deposit moved to the new time.

6. Recording Consent

If sessions are recorded (audio or video), I will be told in advance and asked for permission. I can refuse, and this will not affect my service.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, exercises, and resources provided are the property of Own The Journey Within. They are for my personal use only and cannot be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.

8. Force Majeure

If Own The Journey Within cannot deliver a service due to events beyond their control (e.g., illness, natural disasters, internet outages), my session will be rescheduled without penalty.

9. Booking & Payment Platform

  • We use SimplyBook.me to manage bookings and process payments. By making a booking, you also agree to SimplyBook.me’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which govern the use of their platform.

  • SimplyBook.me is an independent service provider and is not involved in the provision of coaching services. Any questions or disputes about your coaching sessions should be addressed to Own The Journey Within, while questions about payment processing or technical booking issues should be directed to SimplyBook.me.

  • We are not liable for any errors, outages, or failures of the SimplyBook.me platform, but will assist you in resolving any issues where possible.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in NSW courts.
